Cancellation of your Order
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order, notice of cancellation must be made within 7 days of placing the order, however such cancellation shall be subject to a fee in respect of any work carried out by the seller up to the date of receipt of such notice.( for example if material is order for customer) where the buyer returns goods to the seller for reasons other than such goods being defective or faulty. The buyer is required to ensure that any goods being returned to the seller are safely and securely packaged to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for re-sale. The seller is not responsible for the reimbursing of postage on either ends, and the price will be refunded minus the postage, if there is no fault with the item. The seller reserves the right to charge the buyer for any goods which it is unable to re-sell.
Unused items with all tags and packaging in place may be returned for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return and why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items then we will advise you as to the address where to send it. Ana Faye's aim is to make you happy. If you are not happy with your item please contact us.
Returning items either for a refund or exchange will be at your own cost not Ana Faye, as we don’t charge for postage of orders within Ireland.
If the item is in some way faulty you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement order providing that you contact us immediately by telephoning 00353 (0)87 6853095 or emailing email@example.com . Return the item to us in its original packaging and we will reimburse you for the cost of the return postage. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for the item while in transit and refunds will not be processed until the returned goods are in our possession.
Customs and Taxes
For orders placed outside the Ireland, UK and EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.
